Paul Rinaldi is a Business Development Advisor to NexGen Advisors and a Managing Director at Searle & Company located in Greenwich, CT.
For NexGen Advisors, Paul manages relationships with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and Investment Banks to education new clients to NexGen's brand and service offerings.
He also works with clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital needs and financing.
Prior to Searle & Company, Paul served as director of Wachovia Securities Convertible Bond Department, based in New York, New York where he was responsible for sales and deal flows for the company.
Before joining Wachovia, Paul spent 20 years with the New York-based Morgan Stanley in a various capacities, including Institutional Convertible Bond and Derivative product sales, in New York City.
Paul holds an MBA in finance from Lehigh University, and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Finance from Lehigh University.
Paul is married with three children, and resides in Greenwich, CT.
