Jennifer Buchholz
Organizational and Human Capital Management
Jennifer Buchholz is NexGen's expert in Human Capital Development. She is responsible for supporting companies in HR strategic planning and implementation, as well as culture, performance management, succession planning, leadership development and coaching.
Prior to working with NexGen Ms. Buchholz was the SVP of Human Resources at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the largest commercial real estate company in the world, with over 25,000 employees in 50 countries. Reporting directly to the CEO, she had responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources globally and with 100 Human Resources employees reporting directly to her.
Prior to joining CBRE she held senior roles at GE for 11 years. She led all aspects of strategic human resources, including succession planning, leadership development, attraction, retention, executive communications and culture change for over 13,000 sales and marketing employees in 53 countries. While at GE she lived in Japan managing an integration of a newly acquired Japanese company, and was the HR Director in Mexico, responsible for the start up of GE's first Consumer Finance business in Mexico. She has also led global diversity, communications and process improvement and is a certified black belt. She has been a presenter at the Leadership Conference and has received numerous awards as an HR leader.
Ms. Buchholz also acted as the Leader of the GE Woman's Network, an organization championed by Jeff Immelt, dedicated to the professional development and advancement of women.
Prior to joining GE she worked at Lehman Brothers in NYC in a variety of roles in international compensation, benefits and tax.
