Organizational Diagnostic Assessment

The ODA is a proprietary tool that allows a company to see “visually” what the structure looks like and if it is efficient and effectivje. By analyzing spans of control and layers, NexGen is able to create an OE Index that indicates the opportunity for improvement both structurally and financially. Benchmarks are also available by function by layer.

The ODA is available at any time and should be run every 2 years, and benchmarked internally and externally.
